About the Role: As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll join a high-energy team that thrives on creativity, celebrates success, and supports each other every step of the way. Reporting to the Global Pathways Manager, you'll autonomously drive end-to-end recruitment across Australia, New Zealand, and North America - leading high-volume campaigns, crafting standout ads, running engaging social media strategies, and hitting the road for nationwide recruitment roadshows. This role is based at our Perth HQ at the Perth Airport. Working hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm.
