Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking an experienced Senior Storeperson to lead warehouse and distribution operations. This role is responsible for supervising a small team while ensuring the secure receipt, storage, and delivery of goods to support operational services. Rate: $55 per hour super Location: Redland Bay, QLD Contract Length: 4 weeks with possible extension Key Responsibilities: Manage the acquisition, replenishment, storage, and distribution of stock in line with service level agreements. Lead and support the Warehouse and Distribution Team, ensuring safe and efficient use of materials handling equipment (including forklifts and front-end loaders). Oversee incoming and outgoing goods to ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements. Monitor and maintain financial, information, and physical resources to achieve cost-effective outcomes. Document work procedures and operational guidelines to improve efficiency and service delivery. About You: Demonstrated experience in warehousing, stock control, and distribution in a computerised supply environment. Strong leadership skills, with experience supervising staff, monitoring workflow, and supporting performance development. Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with suppliers, staff, and stakeholders. Proven ability to manage resources and implement supply processes that meet legislative and safety requirements. Current forklift licence and front-end loader competency (or ability to obtain within 3 months). Current Class C Driver’s Licence. Physical capacity to lift and transfer goods safely. Desirable: Certificate III in Warehousing Operations (or willingness to obtain).
