About the Role We are seeking an Internal Recruitment Consultant to primarily support our six Fulfilment Centres across VIC and NSW with all their labour hire recruitment needs. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for operational positions, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a positive candidate experience. You will partner closely with Fulfilment Centre Operations, understanding workforce requirements, coordinating recruitment campaigns, and building strong relationships with site managers. The role also offers flexibility in hours to align with operational opening times. Key Responsibilities Operational Recruitment: Manage job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and conduct group assessments for operational roles. Fulfilment Centre Partnership: Collaborate with site managers across multiple centres to understand workforce needs and meet recruitment targets. Compliance & Candidate Experience: Ensure all recruitment processes meet compliance standards and maintain a positive candidate experience. Flexible Work Support: Adjust hours to support operational opening times as needed.
