We are looking for an experienced Program Support Officer to join the Customer Focus Area , helping drive high-quality project delivery and consistent program management practices. About the Role In this role, you’ll provide critical program management support across the Customer stream of the Transformation Program. You’ll help ensure projects are delivered consistently, efficiently, and in line with the Project Management Framework. Key responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining the program master schedule, including program-level critical paths Monitoring the health of individual project schedules and ensuring dependencies are identified and managed Tracking and reporting on project and program budgets Supporting risk, issue, and dependency management, including mitigation planning Preparing high-quality reporting for governance and stakeholder groups Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure delivery within agreed quality, cost, and time parameters About You You will bring proven experience in program or project support roles within complex environments, ideally in transformation or large-scale programs. You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing schedules, budgets, and reporting. To succeed, you’ll also have: Project management qualifications and/or equivalent practical experience Experience working within a PMO or supporting project governance frameworks Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including workshop facilitation Confidence in reporting on risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets Working knowledge of project methodologies such as Prince 2 or PMP How to Apply If you’re ready to contribute your program support expertise to a high-profile transformation, we’d love to hear from you.
