The Role: Responsible for a portfolio buildings - size can be tailored to experience Communicate with clients and stakeholders by phone, email, in writing and attend face to face meetings Meeting preparation and follow up Host/Chair Annual General, Executive Committee meetings and any other meetings as required Financial reporting including general accounting and budgeting Manage the invoicing of levies/service charges Arrears monitoring and where necessary implementing collection strategies Coordination of maintenance tasks Enforcement of rules/by-laws with the issuing of notices, orders and certificates The Person: At least 12 months experience in a similar role within Strata Management Valid Certificate of Registration or Strata Management License A strong knowledge of the current strata law Strong written and verbal communication skills You must be a people person and team player Be self-motivated with excellent organisational skills The Benefits: Up to $180k Schedule B's dependant on experience WFH flexibility on offer Regular team bonding & development days Amazing team culture and tenure within the business!
