The Role: Responsible for asset management in support of an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract Manage assets on a complex portfolio of buildings, infrastructure and equipment Deliver asset management reporting, compliance, routine / reactive maintenance and lifecycle plans etc. Improve asset performance and risk management The Duties: Undertake asset register reviews Reporting Ensure compliance and governance Close the gap of non-compliant items Variation management Review maintenance activities Conduct audit programs Collection of asset data The Ideal Profile: Experience in Asset Management and Life Cycle Planning Ideally Trade or Tertiary-qualified in Engineering, Asset Management, Building, Construction, or relevant qualification Ideally understand ISO55001 Professional and engaging manner Proficient in CMMS, MS Word and Excel Benefits: Unique site and contract will provide a different experience to your average job!
