About the role: We are seeking a driven and creative Marketing Executive to join a dynamic retail property team based on site. This exciting role will see you deliver innovative campaigns, digital strategies and community engagement initiatives across a portfolio of shopping centres. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key part in enhancing customer experience, supporting tenant success, and driving visitation and sales outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the development and delivery of annual centre business and marketing plans. Plan, coordinate and execute engaging retail marketing campaigns and in-centre activations. Manage social media platforms and websites. Identify PR opportunities to build brand awareness and strengthen community connections. Collaborate with tenants to support their business success through tailored marketing initiatives. Monitor performance, analyse traffic and sales data, and report on ROI for campaigns. Manage budgets, advertising collateral, creative assets, and marketing expenses effectively. Skills and experience required for this role : Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within retail, shopping centres, or property. A proven ability to plan and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Strong experience on digital and social media marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills with creativity and attention to detail Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
