About the Role: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for a dynamic paediatric private practice in the Northern Beaches. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates to begin their career with a highly supportive team, or for experienced Occupational Therapists to progress their career with the support of a strong leadership team. This is an exciting role that offers a varied paediatric caseload, servicing children with autism, behavioural difficulties, developmental delay, anxiety/depression and sensory processing difficulties. In this role, you will assess and implement strengths-based therapy plans to support children and families to achieve their goals. Treatment will be in individual or group settings in the clinic, or at the local schools and childcare centres. Develop your paediatric skillset with regular supervision and coaching sessions that will ensure you are equipped to deliver quality intervention services. Enjoy working in a private practice team that offers you administrative and clinical support, which will help you provide clients with the best level of service.
