About the Role: We are seeking a Speech Pathologist for a dynamic paediatric private practice in Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates to begin their career with a highly supportive team, or for experienced clinicians to progress their career with the support of a strong leadership team. We also welcome Speech Pathologists with 1-2 years of experience who are looking for a career change into paediatrics to apply. The right candidate will have strong foundational Speech Pathology skills and be passionate about working with children. This is an exciting role that offers a varied paediatric caseload, servicing children with autism, behavioural difficulties, developmental delay, anxiety/depression and sensory processing difficulties. In this role, you will assess and implement strengths-based therapy plans to support children and families to achieve their goals. Treatment will take place predominantly within the clinic, as well as in the community, such as the child's home and school. Develop your paediatric skillset with regular supervision and coaching sessions that will ensure you are equipped to deliver quality intervention services. Enjoy working in a private practice team that offers you administrative and clinical support, which will help you provide clients with the best level of service. This is a full-time position.
