JOB SUMMARY This unique role combines the best of both worlds: customer service administration during the week, and retail sales on Saturdays. From Wednesday to Friday, you'll be based in the Aspley showroom office, liaising with customers and suppliers, resolving warranty issues, and coordinating product returns (no lifting involved). Then, on Saturdays, you'll step onto the sales floor to help customers find their perfect bedding and furniture solutions. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Wednesday - Friday (Customer Service Admin) Liaising with customers and suppliers to resolve warranty issues Coordinating exchanges, refunds, and return authorities Managing damaged item claims (administrative only) Maintaining accurate records and follow-up communication Providing an exceptional service experience from first contact to resolution Saturday (Retail Sales) Engaging with customers on the shop floor Matching customers to their ideal mattress and furniture solutions Delivering personalised service and meeting sales targets WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Strong communication skills - confident in dealing with customers and suppliers Solid administrative skills with high attention to detail Customer focused and resolution driven mindset Retail sales experience A relationship builder who enjoys variety and thrives in a busy environment BENEFITS Wednesday to Saturday work week - enjoy three consecutive days off Work in a supportive, team-oriented environment Develop your skills across both sales and customer service administration * Stable, long-term opportunity with a well-established showroom Job Reference : 212055 To apply online, please click on the apply button.
