Roads ACT is responsible for the management of the territorial and municipal roads, national highways, community paths, stormwater network, bridges, carpark facilities, traffic signals, streetlights and associated infrastructure. Roads ACT manage these assets on behalf of the ACT Government for the enjoyment of the Canberra community. The position will work in the concrete team in the Works business unit within Roads ACT. Roads ACT is looking for candidates who have experience on construction sites on a road environment, preferably with concrete operations. The role will be primarily responsible for: The removal, demolition and disposal of existing concrete structures. Formwork, pouring, screeding and finishing of concrete works to relevant standards.
