As Clinical Governance & Education Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role, driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance, and fostering professional development within the clinical team. The Requirements: AHPRA-Registered Nurse with demonstrated experience in Quality, Education, and Clinical Governance within the residential aged care sector. Proven understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, with hands-on experience leading a facility through the accreditation process. Skilled in designing and delivering educational training sessions to clinical and non-clinical staff. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
