This global freight forwarder is looking for an Ocean Operations and Customer Service professional to join their fast-paced freight forwarding team. In this role, you’ll oversee daily shipment coordination and documentation while working closely with customers and service partners to ensure the seamless movement of ocean freight. Key Responsibilities Coordinate ocean shipment bookings and prepare accurate documentation Liaise with customers, overseas agents, carriers, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations Provide proactive updates and solutions to customer inquiries, enhancing overall satisfaction Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships to support ongoing growth Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and service delivery About You Minimum 2 years’ experience in ocean operations (import & export) and customer service within freight forwarding Solid knowledge of CargoWise and ocean freight processes Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset and high attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office applications If you’re looking for growth, challenge and variety — we’d love to hear from you.
