About the Opportunity As our Customer After Sales Support Officer, you will handle inventory after-sales support, warranty and change of mind returns, Geat2GO supplier program customer service, and supporting New Zealand e-shop customer service escalations. In this role you will also: Handle post-sales customer inquiries and provide timely and courteous responses Facilitate the warranty claim process, ensuring adherence to warranty policies and procedures. Assist customers with product inquiries, order status updates, and delivery details View the Position Description for this role About You As part of the Vision Store team, you should have proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within a supply chain or retail environment. You will also have: Organised and detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with inventory management systems and customer support platforms.
