The Client Our client is a well established, family owned organisation that is a leading furniture solution provider delivering product and related logistics to the contract furniture market across Australia and overseas. Due to major projects coming up they are seeking to employ a Full Time Project Manager in their office in South East Melbourne. This role is a full time hands on project management position and will be based in the office and out on site. Projects are all across Australia and there will be some interstate travel required. The Role You will be instrumental in delivering high impact commercial furniture projects centered around the hotel & Hospitality sectors. The role combines project execution with client and key stakeholder relationship management. Working in a team environment and with a large number of projects already secured and in the pipeline, the role is fast paced and will require a multi-skilled and experienced Commercial Furniture Project Manager with a great track record of delivering multiple projects on time and within budget. Skills Required We are seeking individuals who can demonstrate the following skills; Bach degree in project management, business or a related field. 3-5 years project management experience in the commercial furniture / fit out industry in Australia. Superb communication, presentation and client relationship building skills. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Strong team player who is able to work with internal & external departments to rectify problems when they arise. Previous experience managing and delivering hospitality fit out projects an advantage. The Package The starting salary package is between $120-140K Super depending on experience.
