Job Description Join Griffith University’s Centre for Mental Health and contribute to a clinical trial designed to improve outcomes for people living with severe mental illness. Working within Professor Amanda Wheeler’s research group, you’ll play a key role in collaborating with researchers, services, and people with lived experience to design and evaluate meaningful solutions. As a Research Fellow, you will: Coordinate and contribute to ethics applications, research agreements, and data access processes for human research. Apply your expertise in mixed-methods research to design protocols, collect and analyse data, and publish high-quality research. Manage projects day-to-day, including scheduling, resourcing, stakeholder engagement, and reporting. Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, and people with lived experience to codesign innovative solutions. Ensure project milestones are delivered within timeframes and budgets. This is a fixed term (12 month appointment), part-time position (0.4FTE) and will be primarily based at the Griffith University Nathan campus. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations. Salary Range The full time equivalent base salary will be Academic Level RF1 range $88,689 - $103,888 per annum 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $103,766- $121,548 per annum.
