What’s on offer The Utilities and Catchments team manages City projects involving statutory requirements for Sewage Treatment Plants, Sewer and Water Networks (Utilities), and projects located within or near waterways (Catchments). As a Graduate in this team, you will conduct initial environmental assessments, obtain statutory approvals, and oversee environmental aspects of construction and land rehabilitation for key City assets. You will collaborate with project managers to provide technical guidance on identifying critical environmental issues, interpreting State and Local legislation, and advising on avoidance and mitigation strategies to influence project design and ensure optimal environmental outcomes. To be considered for this opportunity you must hold a recognised bachelor's degree or post graduate qualification from a tertiary institution, completed within the last two years or be completing prior to the commencement of the program in February 2026.
