Your Role As Transport Allocator your role is to facilitate, monitor and manage the timely delivery of all orders released for distribution to our customer base. What You’ll Do Engage with our customers, both internal & external, to exceed expectations, driving brand loyalty through delivering a remarkable customer experience Identify system issues with OTM and SAP and highlighting issues to your manager and resolution teams Utilise the current transport management system (OTM) to build loads, allocate orders efficiently, drawing down orders daily to minimize transport costs and to ensure bookings on customer portals are confirmed Proactively review the urgency of the delivery and using other resources when needed You will thrive on resolving customer enquiries and work closely with our delivery transport contractors to ensure they provide the level of service expected by Electrolux and our customers You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that information is shared and utilised in the correct manner. Who You Are Ideally, you have a good level of SAP knowledge and experience Transport Routing experience Knowledge of Oracle Transport Management (OTM) System Geographical knowledge of NSW Excel spreadsheets- Intermediate level Core Competences Collaborative – You build trust, good working relationships and communicate effectively with your colleagues and cross functions. Someone who is not afraid to ask question and willing to learn new methods and practices.
