You will t ranslat e strategy into action, driv e small-scale projects and initiatives from concept to embedded practice , and enabl e seamless integration across people, process es and systems . What you’ll do Working within our Claims Delivery team , you will : Coordinate the execution of operational improvements, projects and initiatives across Claims Services . Facilitate working group s to validate delivery approaches, gain stakeholder endorsement , and support transition-to-operations activities. Apply structured methods to ensure business readiness , adoption and long-term integration of changes – with minimal disruption to frontline operations. Partner with stakeholders across all levels – from executives to frontline specialists – to embed solutions effectively . Assess business and people impact s , recommend mitigation strategies, and guide leaders through operational transitions. Support updates to regulatory and compliance requirements , ensur ing smooth operational adoption. Collaborate on the review and refinement of policies, frameworks and processes to drive continuous improvement . Contribute to delivery assurance, reporting, and performance tracking. What you’ll bring Pr oven experience in delivering or integrating operational or project - driven change . Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities . Experience working in dynamic and fast-paced environment s . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborativ e mindset . Experience in Insurance or Financial Services ( desirable ) Accreditation or demonstrated capability in P roject Management , B usiness Analysis or Organisational Change (highly desirable ) .
