The Optimise team brings our purpose to life by helping clients optimise their finance functions so that clients can focus on solving their problems and be confident that their finance and compliance requirements are being met on time and with accuracy. You’ll help solve complex problems and deliver our high-quality client services by bringing your : Accounting and tax compliance knowledge including bookkeeping, reconciliations, management and financial accounting, reporting and tax compliance. Experience in reviewing client deliverables to ensure accurate and timely delivery to our clients M entoring and lead ership skills to team members. Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and your team . Strong organisatio n and project management skills , including ability to manage competing priorities. Experience or exposure to cloud accounting platforms, automation and Gen AI tools. Curiosity to learn and evolve your professional skills including using technology and process improvement. In our Finance Managed Services team, your impact will be seen by: Providing clients with high quality accounting, reporting and tax compliance services that are accurate , correct and on-time. Showcasing your strong project management skills by working with a diverse portfolio of clients and team members and managing multiple client deliverables.
