Our state government client, who is delivering extensive upgrades across South-East Queensland, is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their high-performing infrastructure procurement team based in Brisbane CBD. About the Role: In this role, you will assist a fantastic infrastructure procurement team with a high level of administration support particularly in the areas of procurement, contract management and other project administration tasks. Key Responsibilities: Create contracts and enter tender and variation details to progress to financial approval Support internal contract managers with processes such as contractor performance plans (plus other such contract management documentation) Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure satisfactory outcomes Support the day to day operations of the project team by undertaking administrative support functions as directed to assist with team objectives About You: We're seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, project-focused environment.
