Assistant Venue Manager – The Woollahra Hotel
We are looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic Assistant Venue Manager to join our team at The Woollahra Hotel. Our ideal candidates have worked in high volume venues and are either experienced in department management or team supervision and are ready to take the next step. Food also plays an integral part of the venue’s offerings and customer service is our highest priority. We value personality, commitment and a can-do attitude as the keys to success.
The Role:
- The overall shift operation and leadership including delivery of food, beverage and gaming services
- Leading and managing a team to be the best versions of themselves
- Regular coaching, training and mentoring of staff to improve performance and service standards
- Cost control with a focus on labour and stock handling accuracy
- Adherence & reporting to compliance and legislative matters
- Creation of the atmosphere
- Continuous improvement in operations and service
