What You’ll Do: Send customer notices as part of routine collections processes Respond promptly to requests and queries from the Collections inbox Maintain and update customer credit files with precision Prepare statements of account and payout letters Assist in coordinating with suppliers to support compliance and smooth operations Support continuous improvement by identifying, managing, and automating manual and repetitive tasks that drive team efficiency
