The ORS Workplace Rehabilitation division is expanding in Melbourne and we are seeking experienced Same Employer Rehabilitation Consultants to join our team. ORS currently has over 80 Allied Health practitioners in VIC (primarily within NDIS) with offices located in Coburg, Mount Waverley & Pakenham. You will have the flexibility to work from one of these offices or from home. We are seeking a Principal Rehabilitation Consultant who can step into a Management role within 6 months (or sooner) as the team continues to grow. You will join a national Workplace Rehabilitation team of 50 consultants in NSW, ACT & WA providing clinical services & evidence based case management for injured workers so they can get back to living their best lives. You will perform an array of assessments and interventions across various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centres and clinics, and/or ORS offices. You will help to bring best practice health engagements into all facets of our clients’ rehabilitation journeys. This role will come with a daily billable target of 5.5 hours per day & a very generous bonus structure! Your billable target will decrease as the team grows. We can also provide the flexibility & training for you choose to diversify your case load conducting therapy for NDIS participants.
