Permanent full time role Support & facilitate all L&D activities in a progressive company Edinburgh location - free parking available! The Role: You will be responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating training programs to support employee growth including leadership development that aligns with the company's strategic goals. Responsibilities include: Conduct learning needs analysis across departments with a focus on production and technical areas Design, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs including onboarding, technical upskilling, compliance, and soft skills Translate operational and business learning needs into structured and measurable training modules Coordinate onboarding, rotations, training schedules, and mentoring plans for apprentices and trainees. Maintain strong relationships with RTOs, Group Training Organisations (GTOs), and providers such as TAFE and EGT. Ensure completion of mandatory training (e.g. WHS, electrical safety, high-risk licences) within required timeframes and maintain accurate records Coordinate all training logistics, including venue booking, trainer scheduling, attendance tracking, and materials preparation. Introduce innovative learning and training methods Travel to site in Western Australia to support training needs on occasion About YOU: Proven experience in adult training and learning with a background in manufacturing industry highly regarded Strong facilitation and presentation skills across varied audiences Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Demonstrated capability in managing training records and compliance Experience coordinating apprenticeships desirable but not essential Tertiary qualifications in Learning & Development, HR, Education or a related field and Certificate IV in Training & Assessment required Ability to travel interstate when required is essential If you are seeking your next challenge in a supportive and progressive team - please apply NOW!
