Ataccama Solution Lead: Solution Lead with hands-on experience in Ataccama for MDM 1. Leads high-level technical solutioning process, evaluates current technical feasibility options, suggests technical roadmap, manages dependencies, gives high-level estimation, identifies implementation risks. 2. Have a good understanding of Master Data Management Concepts when applied to Customer data including but not limited to data collection, unification, transformation, segmentation, and storage 3. Ability to understand and interpret solution using Ataccama 4. Facilitate discussion with data stakeholders on data governance processes, and translate those into technical requirements 5. Define requirements for data matching and merging rules, survivorship criteria, and data stewardship workflows 6. Advise on performance optimizations and best practices for scalable data models, pipelines, and queries 7. Provide supervision and guidance to the development team to ensure the MDM is implemented as per business requirements 8. Assessing current state technical architecture and advise how MDM will fit to enhance the maturity level of clients in terms of utilizing customer data to achieve client business goals. 9. Subject matter expert to define measurable metrics per subject area to support a robust and successful deployment of an MDM platform 10. Ability to come up with good Data Validation rules/ reconciliation rules for data moving across multiple application 11. Good knowledge of various aspects of - like data ingestion/inbound configurations, data modeling, match rules, cleanse rules, survivorship rules, metadata analysis, outbound configurations 12. Own and aggressively drive forward MDM solutions across Cloud Data Management 13. To be able to understand the client’s customer life cycle, touchpoints where customer data is captured and business processes to collect, analyze and consume this data for various purposes such as marketing, sales, customer service etc.
