Job Description Outcomes Connect Australia (OCA) management are excited to announce that due to recent changes, the opportunity has come available for us to appoint an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to the position of Team Lead. As a Team Lead for Postive Behaviour Support at OCA, you will be required to support and lead a team of clinicians to deliver evidence-based, person-centred positive behaviour support services to OCA participants in the community. Your role will also entail undertaking the support for your own reduced caseload of participants of all ages by providing exceptional evidence-based, person-centred positive behaviour supports identifying, providing input, and implementing ongoing quality improvement opportunities for service delivery by OCA providing leadership that optimises individual potential and supports team members to thrive as clinicians, whilst also working collaboratively with the leadership group to optimise the quality of supports provided ensuring OCA provides a workplace that is safe, healthy and respectful, along with actively contributing to growing the culture of being a fun, people-focused and stimulating place to work Why Join Us?
