Job Description About the role This is a 12-month parental leave cover for a Senior Product Manager in the Indirect team at SEEK. The Indirect Product team is responsible for products used by hirers who access SEEK’s employment marketplace using third-party applicant tracking systems, such as Workday, JobAdder and PageUp. Our hirers are the biggest Corporates, Recruiters and Government departments across APAC, so there is significant opportunity for growth. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to look after our key Indirect Job Posting initiatives and play a part in helping us build and roll out the new Indirect strategy to ensure we’re properly equipped to evolve in response to the changing ATS landscape and realise our vision for the future Indirect user experience. Responsibilities Own a product portfolio touching multiple customer segments including Corporates, Government andRecruiters. Deliver key metrics / outcomes around the performance of our ad products. Deliver rationale for new initiatives and product features with a focus on customer value and strategic fit. Actively manage and engage stakeholders across the Product stream and the business to ensure all relevant strategic or customer problems are evaluated and prioritised. Ensure stakeholders understand the direction and outcomes the products are driving through clear communication and alignment efforts. Work closely with our partner relationship and integrations team to ensure product market fit and successful rollout of new products. Keep across emerging industry and competitor trends that inform how we can bring new value to partners and their customers. Qualifications Skills and experience Considerable experience in online or software product management, ideally at a marketplace or SaaS company. Customer centric in your approach, with a strong capacity to understand market and strategic drivers. Proven ability to solve complex and detailed problems using an analytical and data driven approach, with strong judgement and decision-making capability skills. A strategic thinker with the ability to dive into details when necessary. Able to influence and persuade senior stakeholders and build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Well-developed communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Belief in, and passion for, SEEK’s Purpose.
