As our General Manager – People & Culture , you will be the voice of our people at the executive table, and report directly to the CEO. You’ll lead with integrity, ensuring our workforce strategies and initiatives reflect our values and support our mission. You’ll not only shape our culture — you’ll protect and grow it. In this role, you will: Lead a passionate, multi-disciplinary team focused on safety, inclusion, and cultural excellence. Embed McCallum’s values, vision, and purpose into every part of the employee journey. Champion diversity, equity, wellbeing, and employee engagement initiatives that matter. Develop and deliver people strategies that strengthen capability and resilience. Provide trusted advice on workforce, industrial, and cultural matters. Partner with the CEO, board committees, and leaders to ensure our people strategy aligns with strategic and organisational goals. About You You’re more than an experienced People & Culture Executive— you’re a culture champion and a strategic thinker with heart. You bring: Proven success leading people, culture, and safety functions in complex environments. A track record of delivering values-led workforce strategies with measurable impact.
