About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Tour Accountant to join our high performing Group Finance Team. As the Senior Tour Accountant you will be tasked with working on TEG Live, TEG Dainty and TEG Sport tours across Australia, NZ, and Asia, including the forecasting, tracking and reporting of financial position to internal and external stakeholders. Requirements What does a day in the life look like? Partner with Tour Managers to deliver accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and budget management throughout tour lifecycles Drive financial performance by tracking ticket sales, merchandise, and revenue streams while identifying cost savings and maximizing ancillary income opportunities Manage end-to-end tour finances including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, cash reconciliations, and final settlement reporting Ensure compliance with tax regulations and contract terms while preparing for artist and stakeholder audits Provide strategic support through variance analysis, financial reconciliations, and innovative solutions to complex touring challenges Maintain stakeholder relationships by delivering transparent reporting and proactive communication on financial performance and issues Travel across Australia/New Zealand as tours require About you Previous tour or project accounting experience 5 years in a finance role within a commercial organisation. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel Proven ability to present to significant stakeholder Commercial acumen and ability to use that to prioritise various workload items. Confidence, attention to detail and outstanding communication skills Proactive self-starter who has the ability to cope with pressure, tight deadlines and ambiguity. Previous experience with the software packages Technology One would be beneficial, but not essential. Experience with withholding tax through touring or project work.
