The Opportunity As Compliance Manager at Dexus, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our business operates with integrity and meets its regulatory obligations. You’ll manage key compliance frameworks, partner with teams to embed a culture of ethical conduct, and provide practical guidance on day-to-day compliance matters. This role offers a mix of hands-on policy work, stakeholder engagement, and strategic oversight—ideal for someone who thrives on detail, influence, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the maintenance and review of core compliance registers and support accurate record-keeping. Participate in the review and update compliance policies to reflect current regulations and business needs. Monitor licensing obligations and support regulatory compliance across business units. Assist with audits, monitoring, training, and reporting to committees and boards. Provide timely, practical advice on compliance queries from internal stakeholders. Support the ongoing development of Dexus’s Compliance Management Framework. About You You’re a proactive compliance professional who thrives on detail, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact. You bring a practical mindset to regulatory challenges and enjoy partnering with others to embed a culture of integrity. You’re curious, solutions-focused, and confident navigating complex frameworks—always looking for ways to drive value and unlock possibilities. Completion of a nationally recognised qualification in compliance (Certificate IV, Diploma, or Advanced Diploma). Proven experience in a compliance role within financial services, ideally with AFSL and managed investment scheme exposure. Strong working knowledge of ASIC regulatory guides and the Corporations Act 2001. Ability to apply regulatory principles in a practical, business-focused way.
