Operating with a lean, collaborative team based in Parramatta, they’re known for their agility, consistency, and strong relationships with brokers, buyers’ agents, and channel partners across NSW and beyond. With a clear national growth vision and a high-performance culture, they are now looking for a hands-on, emotionally intelligent professional to work directly alongside the CEO to drive execution and help manage external partner relationships. The Role Channel Sales & CEO Execution Partner - essentially an Executive Assistant role with a commercial twist. You’d be the CEO’s right hand, attending external meetings with channel partners, handling follow-ups, managing stock requests, and coordinating between sales, operations, and developer relations. It’s a hands-on, fast-paced role with a mix of EA duties, sales support, and project coordination . Success will mean keeping things moving quickly, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, and building strong relationships internally and externally. Responsibilities: CEO Partnership & Execution: • Attend 3-4 external meetings with the CEO weekly with Channel Partners • Take clear meeting notes and ensure all action items are completed • Book meetings, confirm attendees, manage logistics (flights, venues, accommodation) • Drive to in-person meetings with CEO (and interstate as needed) • Handle ad-hoc requests from CEO with speed and accuracy Channel Partner Sales Support: • Support the CEO in building networks through LinkedIn with brokers, property firms and buyer agents to promote the Eternal Homes brand and service offerings • Make introductions to these networks through LinkedIn to set up meetings • Manage all property stock requests from channel partners • Collaborate with Head of Developer Relations & Ops team to match and package the right House & Land product for each partner • Ensure all packages are accurate, professional, and delivered on time • Ensure CRM is fully updated with meeting notes, documents, and partner details Cross-Functional Coordination: • Liaise with internal teams (Ops Team and Head of Developer Relations) to ensure channel requests are understood and delivered • Monitor delivery timelines and follow through to resolution • Escalate blockers or delays to CEO early In your first 3–6 months , success will look like: Supporting the CEO with meetings and follow-ups with precision and urgency Managing channel partner requests and delivering 100% accurate property brochures Keeping the CRM (Hubspot Homefront) clean and current Building strong relationships internally to drive outcomes across sales and ops Helping improve internal processes to boost speed, quality and consistency About You You’re a smart, capable and self-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-trust environments. You’re emotionally intelligent, able to anticipate needs, and can confidently interact with senior leaders and partners.
