The Strategic Supply Planner role is a cornerstone role in partnering with the Supply Leadership & Planning teams on this process. Together, you will manage supply resources to support the business in achieving its strategies & goals whilst leading the evolution of IBP within Bega Group. Responsibilities Lead and develop Demand/Supply Handover Process - Demand assumptions for LE & Budget are clearly articulated (to Supply) Act as a change leader and build Business Capability Lead & Develop Materials Strategic Planning process for Yeast, Peanuts & Natural cheese Identify and solve for end-to-end Supply | Demand Imbalance Partner with the Supply Leadership team with the delivery of Business Goals and deployment of Strategies About you High learning agility & courageous mindset Strong Financial Acumen and planning background, along with Change Management experience Compelling people skills & natural ability to articulate and communicate in an ambiguous and complex environment Leadership and the ability to influence those outside of direct reporting lines Flexible and adaptable.
