You’ll take ownership of the global affiliate program while leading strategic brand and commercial partnerships that fuel customer acquisition and expand market reach. From identifying and negotiating new partners to executing co-branded campaigns. Working across international markets, you’ll combine commercial acumen with marketing expertise to unlock new revenue streams, grow brand visibility, and create partnerships that deliver measurable impact. What You’ll Do Manage the global affiliate program, including onboarding, compliance, performance tracking, and optimisation across platforms; Identify, develop, and negotiate new commercial and brand partnerships; Plan and execute co-branded marketing campaigns, coordinating internal teams and external partners; Analyse partner and affiliate performance, providing insights to optimise ROI and acquisition metrics; Maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives; and Monitor trends in affiliate marketing, loyalty programs, and partnerships to inform new opportunities. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or loyalty programs, ideally within travel, tourism, ecommerce, or lifestyle brands; Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with experience managing large-scale partnerships; Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Awin, Rakuten) and tracking/reporting tools; Demonstrated ability to plan and execute co-branded campaigns that drive measurable results; Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor performance, track ROI, and optimise partner activity; Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills able to build rapport across internal teams and external partners; and Passion for travel and a solid understanding of the tourism and lifestyle landscape across ANZ and international markets.
