With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hourâs drive from the CBD (still within the bounds of Myki and ride-sharing), Melbourneâs North is fast   Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Clinical Assistant to join the Victorian Virtual Emergency Department.  About Northern Health: Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourneâs rapidly growing outer north.  Services are provided through our five main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.  About the Role: This role provides a suite of administration support for the Victorian Virtual Emergency Department in order to assist in the smooth running and management in line with the NH vision, our commitment, legislative and regulatory requirements and quality standards to a benchmark of best practice.  This role is responsible for: Monitoring registrations and reconciling patient information to ensure registered consumers have correctly joined their consult Identifying and supporting callers who have registered but have not managed to join the telehealth link Identifying callers who have used old links to join the telehealth consult and have not been registered correctly Following up missing details from patients Collecting medical history from patients prior to their clinical consult Assisting with data collection for auditing and quality purposes  To be successful in this role you will have: Current National Police and Working with Children History Check Highly skilled in the Microsoft suite of software and highly developed computer literacy skills Strong communication skills Reliability and punctuality Adaptable and flexible thinking Vision and values aligned in all aspects of the role  Next Steps . . .  If this opportunity sounds like the next step in your career, then we would love to hear from you.
