About the Role We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end logistics and distribution network. This is a pivotal role within the business, responsible for ensuring imported goods are efficiently cleared, securely stored, and distributed accurately across our wholesale and retail channels. Reporting directly to senior management, the Supply Chain Manager will oversee procurement, warehousing, distribution, and compliance while leading a small team. The role requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and oversee the company’s supply chain and distribution strategy. Manage international imports, including scheduling, shipping, customs clearance, and quarantine/biosecurity processes. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements under Australian Border Force and biosecurity authorities. Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock accuracy. Coordinate distribution and logistics nationally to wholesale and retail partners. Negotiate freight rates, supplier agreements, and logistics contracts. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure cost efficiency and service reliability. Forecast demand, plan stock levels, and reduce shortages or wastage. Lead, train, and mentor supply chain staff, fostering a culture of accountability and performance. Drive continuous improvement in logistics, warehousing, compliance, and reporting systems. Skills and Experience A bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, logistics, or business. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics management. Strong knowledge of importing, customs clearance, quarantine, and biosecurity compliance. Proven experience in warehousing, stock control, and national distribution operations. Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide and develop a team. Commercial acumen with strong negotiation and supplier management skills. Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with ERP systems, inventory management platforms, or logistics tools. Why Work With Us?
