We’re looking for a compassionate and courageous Recovery Coach to support NDIS participants living with psychosocial disability. Join Each as a NDIS Psychosocial Recovery Coach and play a pivotal role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery. You’ll develop meaningful relationships with customers, provide essential support, and empower them to achieve their goals. By working collaboratively with customers, families, carers, and the broader service system, you’ll help identify, plan, design, and coordinate NDIS supports that enable people to take control of their lives and better manage the complex challenges of day-to-day living. Through recovery-enabling relationships and skilled coaching, you’ll support individuals to build capacity, strengthen resilience, and increase their independence, social participation, and economic inclusion. Your work will include: Supporting customers to design and implement personalised recovery plans Coaching individuals to build motivation, strengths, and decision-making skills Navigating complex service systems and coordinating supports across the NDIS and community services Collaborating with families, carers, and other services to ensure holistic, person-centred care Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with NDIA requirements As a Psychosocial Recovery Coach, you’ll build recovery-enabling relationships that help people navigate complex service systems, strengthen their personal capacity, and achieve meaningful goals. You’ll use your lived or learned experience to coach individuals through challenges, celebrate their strengths, and connect them with the right supports. You’ll work collaboratively with families, carers, and service providers, ensuring each person’s NDIS plan is not just followed – but brought to life. Who we’re looking for. You’re someone who brings compassion, courage, and clarity to your work. Whether through lived or learned experience, you understand the journey of mental health recovery and the importance of walking alongside someone with empathy and respect.
