Job Description As a Guest Service Agent you will be reporting to the Front Office Manager and Duty Managers, providing exceptional customer service to our guests as they check in & out of the hotel. This is a casual role. What you will be doing: - Providing passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and inhouse guests at all times. - Assisting guests with enquiries and complaints and providing accurate information to guests about property facilities and features. - Checking guests in and out of the hotel in a timely manner - Handling guest enquiries and providing information on local attractions, giving directions where required - Taking reservations as required - Ensuring accurate payment of guest accounts
