Job Specification: This full-time Pharmacist Manager role offers a dynamic opportunity for a motivated and astute professional ready to lead and grow a strong, dedicated team. Working Monday to Friday with a half-day Saturday (from 38 to 42 hours/week), you will be responsible for managing dispensary operations, mentoring staff, and driving business performance. You'll lead a team of seven, including another Pharmacist, a Dispensary Technician, and front-of-shop support staff. With a medium-paced dispensary in the heart of the main shopping strip, you'll thrive in an environment where forward dispensing and strong customer relationships are key.
