You will lead the team, ensure excellent customer service, manage stock and scheduling, and work closely with ownership to maintain high standards in food, service, and presentation. You'll work closely with the kitchen team to ensure every plate reflects the flavour, care, and consistency Warong is known for. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present menu items to Warong standards Follow food hygiene and safety regulations at all times Maintain a clean and organised work station Assist in food prep, stock rotation, and kitchen cleaning Work efficiently in a team during peak service times Report low stock or issues to the Kitchen Manager or Head Chef Requirements Certificate IV in Cookery or three years work experience Previous cooking experience in a commercial kitchen preferred Familiarity with Asian cuisine is a strong advantage Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Availability on weekends and holidays
