The key duties of the position include We are currently filling multiple APS5 HR Advisor vacancies across the People Division. As an HR Advisor in People Division, you will support the delivery of high-quality and people centric HR or WHS services, contributing to the delivery of a range of projects, programs and initiatives. You will undertake research and analysis and apply judgement to manage complex HR or WHS matters and draft a range of communication materials and correspondence. We are filling immediate vacancies within our People and People Safety, Support and Wellbeing branches, and a merit pool may be formed to fill similar vacancies over the next 18 months. Current opportunities include: HR Help Advisor Working in our HR Help team, you will provide accurate and timely advice to managers and employees on employee entitlements, workplace policies, and relevant legislation, and will help to resolve complex and sensitive HR matters. You will have demonstrated experience in operating and delivering HR functions in a high profile and impactful environment. Wellbeing Advisor In this role you will support the delivery of a range of wellbeing services, initiatives and communications, to support DCCEEW staff in all aspects of holistic health - covering physical, psychological, emotional, and mental wellbeing. You will support wellbeing events, coordinate on site wellbeing support services and manage the team intranet pages including the preparation of various staff guidance and information material. Workplace Relations Advisor You will contribute to the outcomes of the Workplace Relations team by coordinating client and stakeholder contact through relevant channels, especially the centralised inbox; preparing advice on routine conditions of employment matters, especially HR policy and enterprise agreement interpretation; processing requests in accordance with standard procedures; and assisting with continuous improvements to processes and service delivery. Talent and Capability Advisor As part of the Talent and Capability team, you support the delivery of high-profile talent, leadership, and capability programs. In this role, you will assist with end-to-end program delivery, including the EL2 Leadership Program, studies assistance, and other strategic initiatives, while managing operational tasks such as maintaining intranet content and responding to enquiries.
