At Scope we celebrate people! We’re looking for a Cluster Manager (also know as Area Manager) to step in confidently ensuring minimal disruption for our clients. You will provide leadership across 7 Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes , supporting five Site Managers and a dedicated team of long-standing Support Workers. Please note: - This role is based at our Kingsgrove Head Office, with regular travel travel too Berkshire Park, Plumpton, Jordan Springs, Ropes Crossing and Cambridge park. - It is a fixed-term contract until 10 April 2026 . - Proven experience managing SIL accommodation and leading teams is essential. About the Role: As Acting Cluster Manager, you will be more than a leader, you will be a mentor and advocate, ensuring client safety while creating a welcoming home environment across your cluster. Your focus will be on empowering Site Managers, driving process improvements, building a risk-aware culture, and ensuring clients feel safe and supported in achieving their independent living goals. Key Responsibilities: Guide teams to excel in achieving participant-focused goals, aligned with industry standards and our organisational mission. Mentor Site Managers, supporting their growth and facilitating the implementation of annual work plans. Travel to SIL homes within your cluster and commitment to maintaining safe, supportive homes and strong client support networks. To be successful in this role: Qualifications in Social Services or a relevant field (Cert IV minimum), or significant industry experience. Proven leadership and team management experience. A strong understanding of NDIS practice standards, behaviour support and restrictive practices, and risk management principles. Current First Aid and CPR certification. NDISWC and WWCC. Strong risk management skills, along with the ability to inspire confidence. Integrity and courage in managerial and performance Management decisions. Some of our requirements: Must have regular access to your own car and a P2 NSW Drivers License or higher and ability to work 9-5pm Monday to Friday and support on-call on an alternate roster.
