The Built Form division is delivering medium to high density residential apartment projects to create well designed, sustainable communities, creating affordable, social and market housing, primarily focussed on the Perth Metropolitan area. Salary range: $77,991 - $102,172 per annum superannuation. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Project administration, including report writing, obtaining approvals, and conducting due diligence. Coordinate consultants and community/stakeholder engagement to ensure project alignment and success. Monitor project budgets, income, and expenditure, providing analysis and identifying areas for improvement. Contribute to the development of project schedules, cashflow forecasting, feasibilities, business cases, funding applications, project reporting and issue resolution. Procure goods and services and administer payments and purchase orders in line with established procedures. About you: Some experience or knowledge of project management or built form projects (preferably residential). Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Developed negotiation and financial management skills (desirable). A relevant tertiary qualification in Architecture, Construction Management, Property, Commerce or a related field (desirable). Experience in an organisation with similar values and ethics to DevelopmentWA is highly desirable.
