Our Intermodal Business Unit has an opportunity for an experienced Transport Operations Administrator to join our team based in Kewdale, WA. In this role you will support the Operations Manager to ensure site and financial administration functions are completed efficiently and in line with customer requirements. This is a full - time permanent opportunity working Monday - Friday. Key areas: Ensure all Linfox processes, policies and procedures are complied with. In particular any interaction with customers including receiving orders, late pick-ups and communicating service issues Management and reconciliation of distribution records including PODs, driver run sheets and sub-contractor payments to comply with customer invoicing Complete Branch Payroll, including ensuring the accurate recording and payment of employment hours and leave requirements through checking/accurate input of employee timesheets Assist with weekly and monthly financial reporting and documentation, including weekly KPI’s Ensure correct reconciliation and payment of internal and external subcontractor invoices Maintain adequate controls in SAP to ensure financial integrity of site related activity Are you the one?
