Description About Noah's Ark Noah’s Ark is a not-for-profit organisation providing Early Childhood Intervention and inclusion support services to children with disabilities and additional needs. We are seeking applications from individuals who are interested in working as a Kindergarten Inclusion Support ( KIS ) Additional Assistant in the region's local kindergartens as a member of the KIS program. About the position As a KIS Assistant your role will support the Kindergarten’s teaching staff to provide an environment that is responsive to the individual strengths, abilities, and interests of all children, including those with a disability, additional support needs and/or complex medical needs. Skills And Experiences To be successful, you: Develop relationships with children that are supportive and responsive to their individual needs. Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Understand the need maintain confidentiality and privacy Relate to others with kindness, respect, and positivity.
