About the opportunity: The Marketing and Social Media Coordinator is part of the Arden Homes Marketing team and reports to the Marketing Manager. The key focus of this role is to support the Marketing Manager to manage and deliver the marketing and communications plan and strategies. More specifically, you will: •Drive brand awareness through creative marketing, communications, digital, social media and PR campaigns, •Assist in the generation of creatives and media briefs and coordinate with agencies to ensure timely delivery of high quality, on brand marketing •Coordinate the production of standout print, promotional, and digital materials, working with suppliers to deliver quality results •Manage and maintain updates to the company website, ensuring content is accurate, up to date and aligned with marketing objectives •Conduct market research and customer surveys to uncover insights that shape brand strategy and positioning About you: You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will: •Experience within a general marketing role including, digital and social media management •Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or relevant discipline is preferred •Possess a creative and can-do mindset with the view to invest in the career growth! •A confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationship and engage with diverse stakeholders •A passionate multi-tasker who is detail-oriented, loves to juggle in a fast-paced environment working towards deadlines •Experience with Wrike, Canva, Adobe suite, Google Analytics – preferred We are keen to improve female (and other marginalised groups) representation in our workplaces.
