We are seeking a highly organised and proative Admin Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of two iconic outback destinations! The Longreach Tavern and the Birdcage Hotel in Longreach, QLD is a vibrant and dynamic multi-outlet venue – the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment! Responsibilities: Responding to, and screening incoming telephone calls. Accurate cash handling ability for balancing and banking. Liaising with suppliers and Finance to coordinate the timely payment of invoices. Manage and reconcile debtor accounts, ensuring timely payments. Perform accurate data entry with attention to detail and efficiency. Oversee cash float reconciliation and distribute funds to staff as needed. Ensure all cash floats are accurate and investigate & report discrepancies. Coordinate venue monthly compliance audits and follow up arising actions. Assist with the co-ordination of employee records and documentation. Skills and experience: A minimum of 2 years working within a similar role. Experience with cash reconciliations and data entry is preferred. A prior understanding of payroll procedures. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. The ability to multitask and work independently. Proficient in computer systems and office software (e.g., Excel, Microsoft Office Suite).
