Fulton Hogan and our joint venture partners JF Hull Holdings Pty Ltd and McIlwain are proud to announce we are delivering the contract for the central package of the Coomera Connector Stage 1 project which will deliver a 6-lane, 8-kilometre section of the project between Helensvale Road and Smith Street Motorway. Reporting to the Project Finance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the project with the day-to-day accounting and reporting functions, as well as providing advice, insight, and analysis to the operational and management teams to achieve strategic objectives. Your Contribution Assisting with Month end and year end reporting including processing journal entries, joint venture entries and preparing profit and loss. Preparing weekly cash flow and monitor status of outstanding accounts receivable. Assisting project teams with financial reporting activities. Assisting with the preparation of the region’s Fringe Benefits Tax return preparation. Assisting the Regional Finance Manager with reporting on regional financial performance against KPIs and as sisting in preparing and processing subcontractor claims. Maintaining and monitoring asset register and depreciation schedule. Providing support with financial issues to team members, Engineers, and Managers and a ssisting with ensuring compliance with internal policies, statutory and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated experience in an Accountancy role, preferably within the Construction, Infrastructure, Engineering industry sectors and/or professional services firm would be highly regarded.
