The RoleReporting to the Service Manager, this is a hands-on field service role where no two days are the same. You’ll be commissioning, maintaining, and repairing advanced chiller systems, with around 90% of your time focused on diagnostics and troubleshooting. You’ll enjoy the independence of working on-site across Sydney and NSW, while still having the support of a collaborative, tight-knit team. Whether it’s commissioning new systems, tackling breakdowns, or providing specialist advice to clients, your expertise will help keep critical operations running at their best. Key Responsibilities Commission, install, maintain, and repair advanced chiller systems Diagnose and resolve technical issues, often under time pressure Provide specialist assistance and advice to clients Complete service reports and support stock management Participate in breakdown and after-hours work when required Maintain company equipment, vehicle, and property to a high standard Always work in line with safe work practices Some interstate and occasional overseas travel may be required What You’ll Need Australian trade certificate in refrigeration and air-conditioning Unrestricted refrigeration handling licence (ARC) Restricted electrical licence (D) Valid driver’s licence Current White Card and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Experience with central plant air-conditioning and chiller systems Strong troubleshooting mindset and technical knowledge BMS/controls knowledge and OEM training are a bonus Why Join?
