Description In Summary as the QHSE Officer, you will support our team to maintain and enhance our Quality, health and Safety and Environmental standards. Reporting to the HR & QHSE Manager, your responsibilities will include: Supporting our team to ensure compliance with relevant certification/accreditation, legal and company requirements Assist in the continuous improvement across all QHSE systems and processes Conduct Internal Audits and report back to management on any opportunities for improvement Sourcing of Safety equipment and staff uniforms Obtaining supplier and contractor compliance documentation Collate key information across the QHSE processes and systems to support the generation and analysis of outcomes for key performance indicators (KPIs or key measures of success) Skills And Experiences The successful candidate will have the following attributes: Great teamwork mindset Interest in Quality, Health & Safety and the Environment Sound computer skills and MS office suite experience Experience in administrative functions would be desirable Exceptional organisational and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. It's ok if you don't have any experience or qualifications in Quality, Health and Safety or Environmental systems - we will train you!
